Hoje o couro vai comer, é festa pra Orixá” o samba campeão da Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta para 2025
A Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta definiu o seu samba-enredo para o carnaval de 2025. A parceria campeã é composta por Henrique Santos, Pato Roco, Luiz Fernando (Nem), Bia Florindo, Rico Bernardes, Ari Jorge, Bruninho Camarote e Tales Fernando. O samba campeão embalará o enredo “Ajeum: Alimento de corpo e alma”, desenvolvido pela carnavalesca Carila Matzenbacher.
O evento contou com uma grande festa na quadra da agremiação, que teve show de Júlia Castro, do Grupo Jeito Insano, além dos segmentos da escola embalados pela bateria Furacão Azul e do carro de som comandado pelo intérprete Raí Trovisck.
Vale lembrar que as três obras finalistas contaram com a presença de mulheres na composição, valorizando a força feminina no time de compositores. Na parceria campeã foram embaladas por Bia Florindo.
A Onça Negra da Zona Sul será a 8ª escola a desfilar no domingo de carnaval, 2 de março, pela Série Prata, na Intendente Magalhães, em busca do título e uma vaga na Série Ouro na Marquês de Sapucaí.

Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta has chosen its samba-enredo (theme song) for the 2025 carnival. The winning team includes Henrique Santos, Pato Roco, Luiz Fernando (Nem), Bia Florindo, Rico Bernardes, Ari Jorge, Bruninho Camarote, and Tales Fernando. Their samba will enliven the theme “Ajeum: Food for Body and Soul,” developed by the carnavalesca Carila Matzenbacher.
The selection event took place with a grand celebration at the school’s headquarters. The event featured performances by Júlia Castro, Grupo Jeito Insano, and segments of the school energized by the Furacão Azul (Blue Hurricane) drumline and the sound crew led by the singer Raí Trovisck.
Notably, all three finalist compositions included women in the writing process, emphasizing the power of female participation among the composers. In the winning team, Bia Florindo stood out.
Known as the “Black Panther of the South Zone,” the school will be the 8th to parade on Carnival Sunday, March 2nd, in the Série Prata (Silver Series) at Intendente Magalhães, competing for the title and aiming for promotion to the Série Ouro (Gold Series) at Marquês de Sapucaí.
