Pela primeira vez na história do Carnaval do Rio de Janeiro, a Marquês de Sapucaí vai viver uma revolução sonora: o carro de som será totalmente substituído por um sistema de sonorização deponta, assinado pela BMX Eventos.
Se antes o carro de som era a espinha dorsal das escolas, hoje ele se tornou um gargalo — um obstáculo visual, técnico e criativo para quem desfila e para quem assiste. “O carro de som físico já não vinha tendo mais utilidade para o desfile, já que a maioria dos cantores não usava. Acabava sendo apenas mais um custo, sem efeito operacional. Hoje, a tecnologia já permite uma qualidade sonora ainda melhor sem ele, além de permitir uma melhor mobilidade dos músicos e intérpretes pela avenida”, destacou o presidente da Liesa, Gabriel David. A nova estrutura traz mais de 70 torres de som distribuídas ao longo da avenida, onde as caixas voltadas para o público das arquibancadas, frisas e para a própria avenida terão uma mixagem pensada de forma independente para quem desfila e para quem assiste.
O resultado? Som limpo, sem atrasos, com qualidade de show internacional. Ouvindo como nunca se ouvio.
Outra grande inovação será o uso de sistemas de monitoração In-Ear para os intérpretes eintegrantes da harmonia musical. Com equipamentos de última geração (Sennheiser Spectera), cada artista poderá escolher o que deseja ouvir em tempo real — com nitidez e segurança. “Vamos ter técnicos de monitor na pista, ajustando os fones durante o desfile, para que a escola cante e desfile com conforto e precisão”, afirma Francine Almeida, diretora da BMX.
Além disso, a mix da avenida poderá ter elementos exclusivos, facilitando a monitoração para que precisa

Os integrantes da harmonia musical pode se movimentar com mais liberdade, o cenário fica mais limpo, o visual mais fluido. O som não é mais um “elemento fixo”, mas uma rede inteligente, distribuída e precisa.
Esse é mais um passo da BMX para colocar o maior espetáculo da Terra no mesmo nível dos grandes palcos do mundo — sem perder sua alma.

For the first time in the history of Rio de Janeiro’s Carnival, the Marquês de Sapucaí will experience a true sound revolution: the traditional sound truck will be completely replaced by a cutting-edge sound system designed by BMX Eventos. If in the past the sound truck was the backbone of a samba school, today it has become a bottleneck — a visual, technical, and creative obstacle for both performers and spectators.
“The physical sound truck had already stopped being useful for the parade, since most singers no longer used it. It became just another cost, with no operational function. Today, technology allows for even better sound quality without it, while giving musicians and vocalists better mobility along the avenue,” highlighted LIESA president, Gabriel David.
The new structure will feature more than 70 sound towers distributed along the avenue, with speakers directed toward the stands, VIP boxes, and the parade runway itself. Each area will receive a custom, independent audio mix, specially balanced for both those who parade and those who watch.
The result? Crystal-clear sound, zero delay, and international show-quality audio. Hearing like never before.
Another major innovation will be the use of In-Ear monitoring systems for vocalists and the musical harmony team. With state-of-the-art equipment (Sennheiser Spectera), each performer will be able to choose exactly what they need to hear in real time — with clarity and safety.
“We will have monitor engineers on the runway adjusting the earpieces during the parade so that the school can sing and march with comfort and precision,” says Francine Almeida, director at BMX.
Additionally, the avenue mix may include exclusive elements, making it easier to monitor and ensure the school stays perfectly synchronized from beginning to end.
Goodbye to the obstacle in the middle of the parade
Without the sound truck, the avenue transforms. Members of the musical harmony team move freely, the visual design becomes cleaner, and the parade flows more naturally. Sound is no longer a “fixed element,” but an intelligent, distributed, precision-controlled network.
This is yet another step by BMX to bring the greatest show on Earth to the same technological level as the world’s biggest stages — without losing its soul.
