A Império da Tijuca viveu um domingo especial, 14 de dezembro, com a coroação oficial de Elisa Sanches como Rainha de Bateria da Sinfonia Imperial. A cerimônia aconteceu na quadra da escola e reuniu comunidade, convidados e ritmistas em um clima de celebração e expectativa para o Carnaval 2026.
Recebida com carinho pelo público, Elisa surgiu para a coroação marcando o início de uma nova fase em sua trajetória. O momento simboliza não apenas a conquista do posto, mas também o começo de um desafio inédito para a nova rainha, que passa a construir sua relação com o universo do samba e com a bateria da escola.
“É tudo muito novo pra mim, mas estou vivendo esse momento com muita responsabilidade e respeito. Sei da importância dessa bateria e da história da Império da Tijuca. Quero aprender, evoluir e representar essa coroa da melhor forma possível”, declarou Elisa.
A coroação oficializa o reinado de Elisa Sanches à frente da Sinfonia Imperial e reforça a aposta da escola em uma rainha que chega disposta a se dedicar e a se conectar com a comunidade. A partir de agora, os holofotes se voltam para essa nova caminhada rumo ao desfile do Carnaval 2026.

Império da Tijuca experienced a special Sunday on December 14 with the official coronation of Elisa Sanches as Drum Queen of Sinfonia Imperial. The ceremony took place at the school’s headquarters and brought together community members, guests, and percussionists in an atmosphere of celebration and anticipation for Carnival 2026.
Warmly welcomed by the audience, Elisa appeared for the coronation marking the beginning of a new phase in her journey. The moment symbolizes not only the achievement of the title, but also the start of an unprecedented challenge for the new queen, who now begins to build her relationship with the world of samba and with the school’s drum section.
“Everything is very new to me, but I am living this moment with great responsibility and respect. I know the importance of this drum section and the history of Império da Tijuca. I want to learn, evolve, and represent this crown in the best possible way,” Elisa declared.
