Rumo ao campeonato da Série Prata em 2026, a Independentes de Olaria levará para a Intendente Magalhães o enredo “O balanço do cabra que embolou o som e no compasso da mistura fez um Brasil pandeiro”, desenvolvido pelos carnavalescos Ariel Portes e Ester Domingos. A escola mergulha na trajetória vibrante de Jackson do Pandeiro, mestre da síncope, gênio da mistura e rei do ritmo brasileiro. O enredo será conduzido pela musicalidade que marca a trajetória do homenageado, exaltando suas raízes, sua genialidade rítmica e seu legado.
Jackson foi mais que músico, foi revolução. Em sua cadência, nasceu um Brasil pandeiro – mestiço, ousado, popular e inventivo. Um país que dança sua própria confusão rítmica com orgulho e liberdade. Aiming for the Série Prata championship in 2026, Independentes de Olaria will bring to Intendente Magalhães the samba-enredo titled:
“The Groove of the Man Who Twisted Sound and, in the Beat of Blending, Created a ‘Pandeiro’ Brazil”, developed by carnival designers Ariel Portes and Ester Domingos.
The school dives into the vibrant journey of Jackson do Pandeiro—master of syncopation, genius of musical fusion, and king of Brazilian rhythm. The theme will be guided by the music that defined Jackson’s career, celebrating his roots, rhythmic brilliance, and enduring legacy.
Jackson was more than a musician—he was a revolution. In his unique cadence, a “Brazil Pandeiro” was born: mixed, daring, popular, and inventive. A country that proudly dances to its own rhythmic confusion, with freedom and flair. The school pays tribute to this man who transcended the beat, reinvented time, and taught Brazil how to dance to the rhythm of cultural fusion.
The choice to honor Jackson is rooted not only in the greatness of his work but also in a historical and emotional connection to the neighborhood of Olaria, where he lived for a period and where his presence still echoes in the memories of longtime residents.
