Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta divulga calendário da disputa de samba de 2026
Na expectativa para abrir o carnaval da Série Prata em 2026, a Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta divulgou o calendário oficial da disputa de samba para o próximo desfile. O concurso definirá a obra oficial do enredo “Samba é minha cachaça”, desenvolvido pela carnavalesca Carila Matzenbacher e pelo enredista Patrick Felipe. O regulamento prevê três sambas na grande final com uma premiação de R$. 2.000,00 (dois mil reais)
Calendário:
05 de setembro – Entrega dos sambas concorrentes
07 de setembro – Apresentação dos sambas na quadra
21 de setembro – 1º corte
04 de outubro – Semifinal
24 de outubro – Grande Final
20 de novembro – Apresentação do samba oficial na voz do carro de som
A agremiação abrirá os desfiles da Série Prata em 2026 desfilando no domingo, 15 de fevereiro, na Intendente Magalhães.

Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta Announces Samba Contest Schedule for 2026
In anticipation of opening the Silver Series Carnival in 2026, Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta has released the official schedule for its samba contest for the next parade. The competition will define the official work for the storyline “Samba é minha cachaça” (“Samba Is My Cachaça”), developed by carnival designer Carila Matzenbacher and scriptwriter Patrick Felipe.
The rules state that three sambas will reach the grand final, with a prize of R$ 2,000 (two thousand reais).
Schedule:
• September 5 – Submission of competing sambas
• September 7 – Presentation of sambas at the samba hall
• September 21 – First elimination round
• October 4 – Semifinal
• October 24 – Grand Final
• November 20 – Presentation of the official samba by the lead singers
The school will open the Silver Series parades in 2026, performing on Sunday, February 15, on Intendente Magalhães Avenue.
