Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta encerra trilogia com o enredo “Samba é minha cachaça” em 2026
A Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta divulgou o seu enredo para o carnaval de 2026. A azul e branco levará para a Intendente Magalhães o tema “Samba é minha cachaça”, desenvolvido pela carnavalesca Carila Matzenbacher e pelo enredista Patrick Felipe . O enredo fecha a trilogia que a agremiação propôs nos últimos anos na avenida.
Tudo começou em 2024, com o enredo “Sextou #é só sucesso”, quando a escola evocou o malandro, bamba do samba, para aproveitar a folga no final de semana. Em 2025, “Ajeum, Alimento de Corpo e Alma” a comida como elemento fundamental de socialização das comunidades, nas ruas, nas quadras, onde o malandro se delicia na feijoada.
– Nosso enredo fecha a trilogia em celebração à vida. Se já curtimos e já comemos, é hora dos copos encherem. Vamos unir as duas paixões nacionais e levar para a Intendente Magalhães o nosso malandro, que já está no bar com o copo cheio, cercado dos parceiros batuqueiros, cantando um samba em feitio de oração, à mais brasileira de todas: A SANTA CACHAÇA. Afinal, Cachaça é o meu Samba neste carnaval, ih, acho que subiu! – Brinca a carnavalesca.
A agremiação abrirá os desfiles da Série Prata em 2026 desfilando no domingo, 15 de fevereiro, na Intendente Magalhães.

Mocidade Unida do Santa Marta has announced its theme for the 2026 Carnival. The blue-and-white school will parade down Intendente Magalhães with the theme “Samba is my cachaça”, developed by carnival designer Carila Matzenbacher and scriptwriter Patrick Felipe. This plot marks the conclusion of a trilogy the school has presented over the past few years on the avenue.
It all began in 2024, with the theme “Sextou #é só sucesso”, where the school evoked the malandro, the samba-savvy trickster, enjoying his weekend break. In 2025, with “Ajeum, Food for Body and Soul”, the focus shifted to food as a vital element of social life in communities — on the streets, at samba school gatherings — where the malandro indulged in a hearty feijoada.
“Our theme wraps up the trilogy as a celebration of life. If we’ve already partied and eaten, now it’s time to fill our glasses,” says the carnival designer. “We’ll unite two great Brazilian passions and bring to Intendente Magalhães our malandro, now at the bar with a full glass, surrounded by his fellow drummers, singing a samba like a prayer — a tribute to the most Brazilian of all: Holy Cachaça. After all, cachaça is my samba this carnival… oops, I think it’s kicking in!” she jokes.
The school will open the 2026 Série Prata parades, performing on Sunday, February 15th, at Intendente Magalhães.
