Há quem pense que a vida de um destaque do carnaval é só glamour. Prestes a estrear na Unidos de Padre Miguel, a bailarina Teresa Rachel enfrentou o desafio durante o ensaio da Unidos de Padre Miguel na noite de hoje (16), de desfilar por aproximadamente 1h com os pés feridos.
O treino intenso com às aulas de samba no pé desde que chegou ao Rio de Janeiro mudou a rotina da bailarina, que vai dosar a o tempo de aula nas próximas semanas, na tentativa de preservar os pés.
“Vocês acham que é só vestir uma roupa linda e cair no samba? Que nada! No balé assim como no samba é comum ficar com os pés feridos, por treinos constantes. Faz parte! É literalmente dar o sangue pela escola”, brinca Teresa.
Para o ensaio, Teresa caprichou no look bem sensual e cheio de brilho que valorizou seu corpo. O figurino é um corselet bordado à mão com cristais e pérolas e um short jeans para completar o visual.

Teresa Rachel pushes through the pain for the love of Carnival
There are those who think the life of a Carnival standout is all glamour. On the verge of making her debut with Unidos de Padre Miguel, dancer Teresa Rachel faced a tough challenge during the school’s rehearsal on the night of the 16th, parading for approximately one hour with injured feet.
The intense training routine, with frequent samba no pé classes since arriving in Rio de Janeiro, has changed the dancer’s daily life. Over the coming weeks, Teresa plans to adjust the length of her classes in an effort to protect her feet.
“Do you think it’s just about putting on a beautiful costume and jumping into the samba? Not at all! In ballet, just like in samba, it’s common to end up with injured feet due to constant training. It’s part of it! It’s literally giving blood for the school,” Teresa jokes.
For the rehearsal, Teresa paid special attention to her look, opting for a sensual, sparkle-filled outfit that highlighted her figure. The costume featured a hand-embroidered corset adorned with crystals and pearls, paired with denim shorts to complete the look.
