_Evento reforçou o compromisso social do instituto e da agremiação com sua comunidade_
Ganhadora do Estandarte de Ouro de Melhor Escola do Carnaval 2025, a Imperatriz Leopoldinense, por meio de seu instituto, realizou neste sábado, a distribuição de 2 mil ovos de Páscoa para crianças de até 12 anos, moradoras do Complexo do Alemão e toda Zona da Leopoldina.
A ação, que aconteceu na quadra da agremiação, em Ramos, reforçou o compromisso social da presidente da Imperatriz, Catia Drumond e do vice-presidente João Felipe Drumond, responsável pelo instituto.
“Sempre digo que este é um dos eventos mais bonitos que promovemos. Porque, além de reforçar o nosso compromisso com a comunidade, proporciona uma alegria sem tamanho para dezenas de crianças da região. Afinal, esse é o sentido da Páscoa, promover união e marcar o coração de todas as famílias”, afirmou João Felipe.
O evento ainda contou com a participação da cantora IZA, que retornou à escola para o posto de Rainha de Bateria para 2026.
”Estou muito feliz em fazer parte de tudo isso. É a Imperatriz, mais uma vez, fazendo a diferença na comunidade”, afirmou a rainha.
Além do esperado chocolate, as crianças também puderam tirar a tradicional foto com o coelhinho da Páscoa.

Event reinforced the social commitment of the institute and the samba school to its community
Winner of the Estandarte de Ouro for Best Samba School of Carnival 2025, Imperatriz Leopoldinense, through its institute, carried out the distribution of 2,000 Easter eggs this Saturday for children up to 12 years old living in the Complexo do Alemão and throughout the Zona da Leopoldina.
The event, held at the school’s headquarters in Ramos, emphasized the social commitment of Imperatriz President Catia Drumond and Vice President João Felipe Drumond, who is also in charge of the institute.
“I always say this is one of the most beautiful events we host. Because in addition to reinforcing our commitment to the community, it brings immense joy to dozens of children in the area. After all, that’s the true meaning of Easter—bringing people together and creating unforgettable moments for families,” said João Felipe.
The event also featured the presence of singer IZA, who returned to the school as Queen of the Drums Section for 2026.
“I’m very happy to be part of all this. Once again, Imperatriz is making a difference in the community,” said the queen.
In addition to the much-anticipated chocolate, children also got to take the traditional photo with the Easter Bunny.
