Luiz Sérgio Marinho é o novo Presidente da LESNIT.

Na noite desta terça-feira, 19 de agosto, em Reunião Extraordinária com a presença de todos os filiados, o Presidente Executivo da LESNIT – Liga das Escolas de Samba de Niterói, Iran Robinson Nunes, oficializou sua renúncia ao cargo.

Diante da decisão, conforme previsto no estatuto, o então vice-presidente Luiz Sérgio Marinho (Ginho Marinho) assumirá interinamente a presidência da entidade.

Nas próximas semanas, após análise estatutária junto ao departamento jurídico, o novo presidente informará ao Conselho Deliberativo se permanecerá no cargo, tendo Sidnei Santos como vice-presidente, ou se solicitará ao Conselho a convocação de um novo pleito eleitoral.

A LESNIT reafirma seu compromisso com a transparência, a legalidade e o fortalecimento do carnaval de Niterói.

On the evening of Tuesday, August 19, during an Extraordinary Meeting attended by all members, the Executive President of LESNIT – Liga das Escolas de Samba de Niterói, Iran Robinson Nunes, officially announced his resignation from the position.
In accordance with the statute, Vice President Luiz Sérgio Marinho (Ginho Marinho) will temporarily assume the presidency of the organization. In the coming weeks, after a statutory review by the legal department, the new president will inform the Deliberative Council whether he will remain in office, with Sidnei Santos as vice president, or if he will request that the Council call for a new electoral process.
LESNIT reaffirms its commitment to transparency, legality, and the strengthening of Niterói’s Carnival.
