Rumo ao carnaval de 2026, Vanessa Rangeli marcou presença no ensaio de bateria da Acadêmicos de Niterói na noite desta quarta-feira, 03. A nova rainha da “Cadência de Niterói” teve o seu primeiro encontro com os ritmistas do Mestre Branco Ribeiro e vive a expectativa da sua coroação, que será realizada no dia 21 de setembro.
Já se preparando desde o anúncio, Vanessa está fazendo aulas de samba com o professor Otávio Luis para aperfeiçoar sua performance à frente da bateria. O ensaio serviu para a rainha colocar em prática todos os treinos e sentir já a energia dos ritmistas.
– Tenho feito aulas de samba para dar o meu melhor na avenida, mas nada se compara em sentir o pulsar da bateria ao vivo, né? Foi uma noite super agradável, pude começar a conhecer os ritmistas assim que quero que seja esse reinado, de muita troca e cumplicidade. Agora a ansiedade só aumenta para a coroação. Estou vivendo um sonho – revela Vanessa.
Vanessa será coroada no dia 21 de setembro na festa de lançamento do carnaval de 2026 da escola, que também contará com a apresentação do samba-enredo “Do alto do mulungu surge a esperança: Lula, o operário do Brasil”, uma homenagem ao presidente Lula.

Vanessa Rangeli Rehearses with Niterói’s Drum Section and Awaits Her Coronation
On the road to Carnival 2026, Vanessa Rangeli joined the drum rehearsal of Acadêmicos de Niterói on Wednesday night, September 3. The new queen of the “Cadência de Niterói” had her first encounter with the drummers of Mestre Branco Ribeiro and now looks forward to her coronation, which will take place on September 21.
Since the official announcement, Vanessa has been taking samba lessons with instructor Otávio Luis to refine her performance in front of the drum section. The rehearsal gave her the chance to put her training into practice and already feel the energy of the percussionists.
“I’ve been taking samba classes to give my best on the avenue, but nothing compares to feeling the heartbeat of the drum section live, right? It was such a wonderful evening—I got to start connecting with the drummers in the way I want this reign to be: full of exchange and complicity. Now the excitement only grows as the coronation approaches. I’m living a dream,” Vanessa shared.
Vanessa will be crowned on September 21 during the school’s Carnival 2026 launch party, which will also feature the presentation of the samba-enredo “From the Top of the Mulungu Rises Hope: Lula, the Worker of Brazil”, a tribute to President Lula.
