A Médica Nathalia Brito, que também brilha na avenida como musa da União da Ilha do Governador, acaba de iniciar um novo desafio: cuidar da saúde e do emagrecimento do mestre de bateria da escola, Marcelo Santos.
Marcelo vinha tentando emagrecer por conta própria, mas adotou uma dieta muito restritiva, o que acabou prejudicando sua saúde, já que houve perda de massa muscular. Para reverter esse quadro e garantir mais qualidade de vida, disposição e bem-estar, ele iniciou nesta semana o “Projeto Carnaval”, protocolo criado pela doutora Nathalia.
“O Marcelo começou o acompanhamento comigo ontem e já está seguindo o plano individualizado. Nesse primeiro mês vamos avaliar a resposta do organismo, e, se necessário, estenderemos para mais um mês. A previsão é que o protocolo dure em torno de dois meses”, explica Nathalia.
Com a parceria entre a musa e o mestre de bateria, a expectativa é de que Marcelo Santos esteja com energia de sobra para comandar baterilha no próximo Carnaval.

Doctor Nathalia Brito, who also shines on the avenue as a muse of União da Ilha do Governador, has just taken on a new challenge: overseeing the health and weight loss journey of the school’s drum master, Marcelo Santos.
Marcelo had been trying to lose weight on his own but adopted a very restrictive diet, which ended up harming his health, as he lost muscle mass. To reverse this condition and ensure more quality of life, energy, and well-being, he started this week the “Carnival Project,” a protocol created by Dr. Nathalia.
“Marcelo began his treatment with me yesterday and is already following the individualized plan. During this first month, we will evaluate his body’s response, and if necessary, extend it for another month. The expectation is that the protocol will last around two months,” Nathalia explained.
With the partnership between the muse and the drum master, the expectation is that Marcelo Santos will be bursting with energy to lead the baterilha in the upcoming Carnival.
