Unidos de Vila Isabel abre inscrições para alas coreografadas do Carnaval 2026
A Unidos de Vila Isabel inicia, nesta terça-feira (23), as inscrições para participação nas alas coreografadas do desfile de 2026. Os interessados poderão se inscrever de forma online ou presencial, de acordo com o calendário definido pela escola. A participação é destinada a maiores de 18 anos.
As inscrições online acontecem exclusivamente na terça-feira (23), por meio do link divulgado nos canais oficiais da agremiação. Já as inscrições presenciais serão realizadas na quarta-feira (24), no barracão da escola, localizado na Rua Rivadávia Corrêa, nº 60 – Barracão 5, na Cidade do Samba, Gamboa.
As alas coreografadas serão coordenadas pelo diretor de arte Fábio Costa, que ressaltou a importância da iniciativa:
“As alas coreografadas têm um papel fundamental no nosso desfile. É nelas que conseguimos traduzir a força do enredo em movimento, dança e emoção, aproximando ainda mais a comunidade do nosso espetáculo”, afirmou.
Em 2026, a Vila Isabel levará para a avenida o enredo “Macumbembê, Samborembá: Sonhei que um sambista sonhou a África”, desenvolvido pelos carnavalescos Gabriel Haddad e Leonardo Bora, com pesquisa de Vinicius Natal. O tema celebra a ancestralidade, a arte e o samba, exaltando a memória de Heitor dos Prazeres, ícone da cultura popular brasileira.

Unidos de Vila Isabel Opens Registration for Choreographed Wings at Carnival 2026
Unidos de Vila Isabel begins, this Tuesday (23), the registration process for participation in the choreographed wings of its 2026 parade. Interested participants may register either online or in person, according to the schedule set by the school. Participation is open to those over 18 years old.
Online registration will take place exclusively on Tuesday (23), through the link shared on the school’s official channels. In-person registration will be held on Wednesday (24), at the school’s warehouse, located at Rua Rivadávia Corrêa, nº 60 – Warehouse 5, in Cidade do Samba, Gamboa.
The choreographed wings will be coordinated by art director Fábio Costa, who highlighted the importance of the initiative:
“The choreographed wings play a fundamental role in our parade. They are where we manage to translate the power of the storyline into movement, dance, and emotion, bringing the community even closer to our spectacle,” he stated.
In 2026, Vila Isabel will present on the avenue the storyline “Macumbembê, Samborembá: I Dreamed that a Sambista Dreamed of Africa,” developed by carnival designers Gabriel Haddad and Leonardo Bora, with research by Vinicius Natal. The theme celebrates ancestry, art, and samba, honoring the memory of Heitor dos Prazeres, an icon of Brazilian popular culture.
