Participação é gratuita e ação faz parte do espetáculo Constitucional

Celebrar o ato do encontro e criar ações performativas que mostram o corpo como nossa maior tecnologia de cena é um dos objetivos da oficina gratuita Corpo Performance, que será realizada no Centro do Rio nos próximos dias 20 e 21 deste mês. Ministrada pela mestranda em Performance Natasha Corbelino, “a proposta da atividade é também sonhar com uma dramaturgia de sonoridades que seja também baile bom pra dançar e sorrir junto”.

Vale lembrar que a Oficina é uma iniciativa do espetáculo Constitucional, que estreou no dia 16 deste mês e vai até o dia 26. A peça está em cartaz no Teatro Ipanema Rubens Corrêa e propõe um diálogo com a sociedade sobre a democracia. Em cena, cinco atores em cena que vivem uma farsa documental onde, na invasão do Palácio, o público pode votar no futuro de uma nova Constituição. Para isso, se faz importante humanizar esses personagens que encontram sua própria destruição como consequência dos seus desejos sobre seus atos. Ao compartilhar a sua visão política sobre o momento atual, os personagens instigam o público com perguntas e respostas.

Sobre a ministrante das Oficinas

Natasha Corbelino, é mestranda em Performance e graduada em Artes Cênicas pela UNIRIO, atua há quase três décadas em processos multidisciplinares e coletivos. Sua pesquisa busca fortalecer a cena e a performance como um espaço de diálogo do corpo-tela, onde dançar, cantar e espiralar a palavra se entrelaçam.

Em cena, seus últimos trabalhos envolvem múltiplas ações performativas com a Constituição de 1988. É diretora dos solos Carne de Segunda e O Filho do Presidente. Entre 2021 e 2022, realizou 19 projetos contemplados por editais públicos, em parceria com coletivos como Delas Cultural, Museu da Maré e Grupo Código. Idealizou, fez a curadoria e produziu os projetos Que legado e Que boca na cena?, ambos indicados ao Prêmio Shell de Teatro na categoria Inovação (2017 e 2023).

Desde 2019, atua como diretora de produção das companhias de dança REC e Suave, dirigidas por Alice Ripoll, com as quais realizou turnês em mais de 13 países.

Workshop Brings Performative Actions to Downtown Rio

Participation is free and part of the play “Constitucional”
Celebrating the act of encounter and creating performative actions that reveal the body as our greatest stage technology is one of the goals of the free workshop Corpo Performance, which will take place in downtown Rio on October 20 and 21. Led by performance master’s student Natasha Corbelino, “the activity also proposes to dream of a dramaturgy of sounds that becomes a joyful dance where we can smile together.”
It is important to note that the workshop is an initiative of the play Constitucional, which premiered on the 16th of this month and runs until the 26th. The production is on stage at Teatro Ipanema Rubens Corrêa and proposes a dialogue with society about democracy. On stage, five actors perform a documentary farce in which, during the invasion of the Palace, the audience is invited to vote on the future of a new Constitution. To achieve this, it becomes essential to humanize the characters, who face their own downfall as a consequence of their desires and actions. By sharing their political views on the current moment, the characters provoke the audience with questions and reflections.
About the Workshop Instructor
Natasha Corbelino is a master’s student in Performance and holds a degree in Performing Arts from UNIRIO. She has worked for nearly three decades in multidisciplinary and collective processes. Her research seeks to strengthen the stage and performance as a space for the dialogue of the body-screen, where dancing, singing, and spiraling words intertwine.
Her latest stage works involve multiple performative actions inspired by the 1988 Constitution. She is the director of the solo pieces Carne de Segunda and O Filho do Presidente. Between 2021 and 2022, she developed 19 projects supported by public funding, in partnership with collectives such as Delas Cultural, Museu da Maré, and Grupo Código. She conceived, curated, and produced the projects Que Legado and Que Boca na Cena?, both nominated for the Shell Theatre Award in the Innovation category (2017 and 2023).
Since 2019, she has worked as production director for the dance companies REC and Suave, led by Alice Ripoll, with which she has toured in more than 13 countries.
