FEIJOADA DA UNIDOS DE PADRE MIGUEL REÚNE MANGUEIRA E UNIÃO DE MARICÁ EM TARDE DE QUADRA LOTADA NA VILA VINTÉM
A Unidos de Padre Miguel promoveu, neste domingo (19), mais uma edição de sua tradicional Feijoada, reunindo uma multidão apaixonada pelo samba na quadra da escola, na Vila Vintém. O evento foi marcado por muito ritmo, emoção e reencontros entre escolas coirmãs.
A abertura da tarde ficou por conta do cantor Lelê Carlos, que animou o público com um repertório de sucessos do samba e do pagode. Em seguida, o clima esquentou com a apresentação da Mangueira e da União de Maricá, que dividiram o palco com o Boizão da Vila Vintém em uma verdadeira celebração da cultura carnavalesca.
Um dos momentos mais aguardados foi a apresentação oficial das musas Lorena Maria e Mari Mola, que receberam suas faixas das mãos da presidente Lara Mara, sendo oficialmente apresentadas à comunidade da Unidos de Padre Miguel.
“Foi uma tarde de pura emoção. Nossa quadra lotada, cheia de amor e energia boa. Receber as coirmãs Mangueira e União de Maricá e, ao mesmo tempo, apresentar nossas musas à comunidade foi um momento muito especial para toda a família UPM”, destacou Lara Mara, presidente da agremiação.
Emocionada, Lorena Maria agradeceu o carinho da escola e da comunidade:
“Ser musa da Unidos de Padre Miguel é uma honra imensa. Me sinto acolhida, respeitada e pronta pra representar esse pavilhão com todo meu amor.”
Já Mari Mola reforçou a alegria de integrar o elenco do Boizão:
“A UPM tem uma energia única! Receber essa faixa aqui, no meio dessa festa linda, é algo que vou guardar pra sempre. Estou muito feliz em fazer parte dessa família.”
Outro ponto alto da tarde foi o encontro das rainhas de bateria, Andressa Marinho, da UPM, e Evelyn Bastos, da Mangueira, que encantaram o público com muita sintonia e samba no pé. As duas, rainhas de comunidade e referências no Carnaval, protagonizaram um momento de união e força feminina na festa.

This Sunday (19), Unidos de Padre Miguel held another edition of its traditional Feijoada, bringing together a passionate samba crowd at the school’s quadra in Vila Vintém. The event was marked by rhythm, emotion, and the reunion of sister samba schools.
The afternoon kicked off with singer Lelê Carlos, who energized the audience with a setlist filled with samba and pagode hits. The atmosphere heated up even more with performances by Mangueira and União de Maricá, who shared the stage with the Boizão da Vila Vintém in a true celebration of Carnival culture.
One of the most anticipated moments was the official presentation of muses Lorena Maria and Mari Mola, who received their sashes from president Lara Mara, officially joining the Unidos de Padre Miguel community.
“It was an afternoon filled with pure emotion. Our quadra was packed, full of love and great energy. Welcoming our sister schools Mangueira and União de Maricá and, at the same time, presenting our muses to the community was a very special moment for the entire UPM family,” said president Lara Mara.
Emotional, Lorena Maria thanked the school and community for the warm welcome:
“Being a muse for Unidos de Padre Miguel is an immense honor. I feel embraced, respected, and ready to represent this flag with all my love.”
Mari Mola also expressed her joy in joining the Boizão cast:
“UPM has a unique energy! Receiving this sash here, in the middle of such a beautiful celebration, is something I’ll treasure forever. I’m truly happy to be part of this family.”
Another highlight of the afternoon was the meeting of the queens of battery: Andressa Marinho of UPM and Evelyn Bastos of Mangueira, who delighted the crowd with their harmony and samba no pé. Both community queens and Carnival icons, they shared a powerful moment of unity and female strength during the celebration.
