ACADÊMICOS DO RECREIO ANUNCIA ENREDO PARA O CARNAVAL 2026: “NOSSO LAR AIYÊ DOS ORIXÁS: TERREIRO DE NOSSA GENTE”
No Carnaval de 2026 a Academicos do Recreio levará para a Avenida, uma caminhada de fé e ancestralidade, com o enredo: “NOSSO LAR AIYÊ DOS ORIXÁS: TERREIRO DE NOSSA GENTE”.
O tema é uma profunda homenagem à cultura da ” praia da macumba “, enaltecendo o nosso lar como um espaço sagrado de culto, resistência e morada. O enredo transforma a passarela do samba em um grande Aiyê (a Terra, o mundo físico), onde a presença e o Axé dos Orixás se manifestam em cada canto.
O projeto será desenvolvido pelo Carnavalesco Wagner Souza, que comenta sobre o projeto:
“Este enredo é um grito de identidade e um abraço nas nossas raízes. A Acadêmicos do Recreio sempre foi um lar para a sua gente, e agora afirmamos que este lar é um verdadeiro terreiro, protegido e abençoado pelos Orixás. O samba de 2026 será um ato de fé e de celebração da nossa história.”
“Vamos exaltar a força, a dança, a culinária e toda a herança cultural que floresce em nossa comunidade. O desfile será um convite para que todos se sintam em casa e recebam o Axé do nosso Terreiro. Prometo um espetáculo de cores, simbolismos poderosos e alegorias que remontam aos elementos primordiais da Terra e do sagrado.”
A escola será a segunda a desfilar na sexta-feira, dia 20 de fevereiro de 2026, pela Série Bronze, na Estrada Intendente Magalhães.

“OUR HOME, AIYÊ OF THE ORIXÁS: THE TERREIRO OF OUR PEOPLE”
For Carnaval 2026, Acadêmicos do Recreio will take to the Avenue a vibrant journey of faith and ancestry with the theme: “OUR HOME, AIYÊ OF THE ORIXÁS: THE TERREIRO OF OUR PEOPLE.” The plot pays a profound tribute to the culture of the so-called “praia da macumba,” celebrating our home as a sacred place of worship, resistance, and belonging.
The storyline transforms the samba runway into a grand Aiyê — the Earth, the physical world — where the presence and Axé of the Orixás emanate from every corner.
The project will be developed by Carnival Designer Wagner Souza, who shared his vision:
“This theme is a cry of identity and an embrace of our roots. Acadêmicos do Recreio has always been a home for its people, and now we affirm that this home is a true terreiro, protected and blessed by the Orixás. Our 2026 samba will be an act of faith and a celebration of our history.”
“We will exalt the strength, the dance, the cuisine, and the cultural heritage that flourishes in our community. The parade will be an invitation for everyone to feel at home and receive the Axé of our Terreiro. I promise a spectacle of colors, powerful symbols, and floats that evoke the Earth’s primordial and sacred elements.”
The school will be the second to parade on Friday, February 20, 2026, in the Série Bronze, on Estrada Intendente Magalhães.
