Império de Nova Iguaçu promove oficina gratuita de percussão e ensaio da Cadência do Tigre no dia 22 de novembro

O Império de Nova Iguaçu realiza, no próximo dia 22 de novembro de 2025 (sábado), mais uma edição do seu Workshop gratuito de Percussão, seguido do tradicional ensaio da Cadência do Tigre. O encontro acontece a partir das 14h, na quadra da agremiação, localizada na Rua Júlio Louzada, 85 – Nova América, Nova Iguaçu.

A iniciativa tem como objetivo fortalecer a formação de novos ritmistas, valorizar talentos da Baixada Fluminense e aproximar ainda mais a comunidade da escola. A ação será conduzida pelo Mestre de Bateria Marven. “Nossa bateria é construída pelo povo, pela paixão e pela técnica. A oficina é a chance de abrir portas para quem sonha em tocar na avenida”, destaca o Mestre.

Além do workshop, também haverá inscrições para desfilar na ala de bateria do Império de Nova Iguaçu no Carnaval 2026. A direção da escola reforça que a oportunidade é aberta a novos e antigos ritmistas.

Império de Nova Iguaçu will hold another edition of its free Percussion Workshop on Saturday, November 22, 2025, followed by the traditional rehearsal of its drum section, Cadência do Tigre. The event starts at 2 p.m. at the school’s headquarters, located at Rua Júlio Louzada, 85 – Nova América, Nova Iguaçu.
The initiative aims to strengthen the training of new percussionists, highlight local talents from the Baixada Fluminense region, and bring the community even closer to the samba school. The activity will be led by Bateria Master Marven.
“Our drum section is built by the people, with passion and technique. The workshop is a chance to open doors for those who dream of playing in the parade,” emphasized the Master.
In addition to the workshop, there will also be open registrations for those wishing to parade with Império de Nova Iguaçu’s drum section in the 2026 Carnival. The school’s management highlights that the opportunity is open to both new and experienced percussionists.
