Wallace Guedes é campeão com a Niterói e sobe com a Lins Imperial
E o retorno ao carnaval carioca foi com pé quente para Wallace Guedes. Após um ano fora da folia para ser rei do carnaval de Belo Horizonte, Wallace Guedes foi feliz em duas agremiações neste carnaval de 2025. Estreando como muso da Acadêmicos de Niterói, campeã da Série Ouro e como Rei da escola Lins Imperial, vice-campeã na Série Bronze, ascendendo a Série Prata.
– Nem nos meus maiores sonhos eu imaginei ser campeão duas vezes no mesmo ano. O carnaval carioca me acolheu e tento me dedicar ao máximo a essa festa. Foram dois grandes desfiles e a vitória só veio para coroar o trabalho de um ano das agremiações. – revelou Wallace.
Além das duas escolas, Wallace desfilou como rei de bateria por mais um ano na Raio de Sol, escola de samba de Belo Horizonte, em que também estreou como Diretor de Carnaval. Em breve Wallace já vai começar a pensar e planejar o seu carnaval de 2026. Seja no Rio de Janeiro ou em Belo Horizonte, samba no pé não irá faltar.

Wallace Guedes Wins with Niterói and Moves Up with Lins Imperial
Wallace Guedes made a triumphant return to Rio de Janeiro’s Carnival. After taking a year off from the festivities to serve as the King of Carnival in Belo Horizonte, he celebrated success with two different samba schools in the 2025 Carnival. Debuting as the muse of Acadêmicos de Niterói, the champion of the Série Ouro, and reigning as the King of Lins Imperial, the runner-up in the Série Bronze, which earned promotion to the Série Prata.
“Not even in my wildest dreams did I imagine winning twice in the same year. Rio’s Carnival has embraced me, and I try to give my all to this incredible celebration. Both parades were amazing, and these victories are the result of a year’s hard work by the schools,” Wallace shared.
In addition to these two schools, Wallace also paraded once again as the King of Drums for Raio de Sol, a samba school in Belo Horizonte, where he also made his debut as Carnival Director. Soon, Wallace will begin planning for the 2026 Carnival. Whether in Rio de Janeiro or Belo Horizonte, one thing is certain—his samba spirit will never fade.
